We would like to introduce to you the idea of using custom labeled candles as part of your Welcome Ministry.
Eleven years ago my wife and I moved to Winchester and began looking for a church in the area.Each Sunday we were visiting different churches.Members from two of the churches we visited came to visit us during mid-week visitation.From the two visits we received, one thing still stands out in my mind. During a visit from one of the churches, the minister’s wife had taken the time to bring us a gift.It was a fresh baked loaf of bread.It wasn’t the fact that it was something to eat it was the fact that she took the time and brought us a gift.
Ten years later we used that loaf bread as the idea behind giving a custom labeled candle to our first time visitors in the church we now call home.The idea - give a first time visitor a candle as a gift.Every time they light the candle they will see the church name and the picture of the church.Seeing the name and the picture may prompt that visitor to return to church again.

·You may choose up to 12 bible verses to be printed on the label. You may also use the 12 bible verses that we currently use on our candle labels.
·We will need a digital picture of your church.
